Coaching
The Art of Periodization:
My coaching program begins with a start-up
interview done “one-on-one” over the phone
or “face-to-face” in person – whichever
you prefer. I base my training programs around
your specific goals. I also serve as a “sounding
board” or “reality check”, keeping
your strengths and weaknesses in mind so that realistic
objectives are set in place. Once these parameters are
set, I will design a periodized program
(training progresses from the general to the specific)
that not only deals with the physical side of
training but also with the mental side of training.
Individual exercises are taught that you can practice
at home using mental imagery/visualization that help
you perform to the best of your ability and help increase
consistency. |

I offer 3 levels in coaching:
Bronze: hourly basis/consultant $100.00/hour
• member initiated
• Will review your training plan and make suggestions
on improvements within your schedule
Silver: $250.00/month
• Unlimited
emails
• 2 calls/month, member initiated; 30 minutes each call
• weekly log review: 15 minutes/week
• coach will attend one race/season (member covers expenses)
Gold: $500.00/month
• unlimited emails
• 1 call/week; 30 minutes each call
• daily log review: 45 minutes per week
• 60 minutes/month to build training program
• initial testing/interview provided at my home
• coach will attend 2 races/season (member covers expenses)
