Speaking
A lot of similarities
occur between sports and the “Real World”. Trust,
mutual respect and honest communication are just some of
the essential principles for building World Class Teams.
 Currently,
I am a guest speaker contracted by the Thunderbird
International Management School to speak with corporate
executives in a two week consortium on “what
makes a high performance team work”. I draw
from my personal challenges and experiences in sports and
lessons I learned with my teammates during the grueling week-long
adventure race called the Eco-Challenge.
